How Do I Calculate Time-Loss Compensation?

Your benefit amount is 60 – 75% of the wage you earned at time of injury or occupational exposure (up to a limit), depending on how many dependents you have. These benefits cannot exceed specified limits and are based on a standard formula established by law.

The self-insured employer or third-party administrator (TPA) will provide the information used to calculate your benefits. Review this information carefully and let them know immediately if anything is inaccurate.
